Enjoy the unbeatable living style of Notting Hill. Peaceful and glamorous at the same time, it makes you feel privileged to leave around here. That's why myself (alex) and my friend Renz, have been living here since 10 years ago and we also recently renovated it.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a smaller one (on the advert) and a bigger one, plus one bathroom with shower upstairs and kitchen/dining + 2nd bathroom with bathtub and garden downstairs.

Yes there is the living room too...I'm a music producer and I currently have my home studio (no worries I use headphones all the time, noise isn't an issue) plus some of my belongings in there, but there is also an extra desk that Renz sometimes uses when he works from home.
On top of that I'm very rarely home as I work in Birmingham therefore the house is super quite and to be shared just with my friend amd his girlfriend most of the time.

We all know UK weather but... having the back garden accessible from the kitchen it is a great plus for weekends bbq or simply to catch some sun when it shows up😁 being at the back of the building it doesn't feel like you are 0.4miles from Portobello Road or 0.2miles from Westbourne Park tube station on the Hammersmith and city line.

Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens 1mil.
Westbourne grove/Queensway 0.7mil.
Plenty of bus stops and amenities.
