I'm one of the current tenants of the flat and I would love to sublet my room for the month of June with the possibility of extending till August.
The flat is in a super great area, 5 min walking to Ladbroke Grove Station and Portobello Road and Market and 12 min walk to Holland Park Station and Holland Park. The area is great and safe, full of pubs and activities to do. The housemates are really good, we have a nice environment and one of them is not at home most of the time. As I may go abroad for work I'm looking for someone responsible and clean that feels comfortable in the house respecting the house and caring about the room as I do.
