You are a minute's walk from Portobello Road Market and just five more away from Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens and Holland Park. Buses to Camden, Chelsea, and Oxford Street are literally on your doorstep, and it's just five minutes walk to the Central Line, District Line and Hammersmith and City Line.

The rent includes water. You will pay council tax (£111pm) and a very small charge for electricity (less than £5pm for me).

This is a fixed term tenancy up to the end of March 2026 with the option of continuing on the same terms. I have moved to a new job in another part of London, so I am looking for someone to take over this tenancy.
