Doubleroom | Notting Hill Gate / Hyde Park

My name is Arian and my roommate is moving out, so looking for someone to take her place.

I am living together with my girlfriend in the other room, I work in finance, and typically in the office during the week, my GF works in event management, and has two home office days a week.

We are not just looking to fill the room, but find someone where the chemistry works between us all, as key is to have a chill and comfortable time, while enjoying this great flat in Notting Hill✌🏼 it’s a 3 min walk to Notting hill Gate station, 5 minutes to Portobello Road, and 5 minutes to Hyde Park.

It’d be great if you can share a short brief on yourself if you’re interested, but keep it short as I know how cumbersome and annoying flat search can be. Just a bit to understand you and then we can have a phone call / meet up to show you the flat and get to know each other.

Need to sort it out this week so the quicker the better ✌🏼Price excludes bills (council tax, internet, water, electricity, and ideally a cleaner for common areas every 2 weeks or so - roughly another 150-200 on top).
