Double Room Sublet in Beautiful Notting Hill

Good sized double room available in our gorgeous Notting Hill flat just off Portobello road. Living with 3 other creative women.

The room: the bedroom is spacious and cosy, a little haven and a place to rest. It's got a new mattress which is super comfy. I've still got some clothes stored there but there in a wardrobe and drawer free for you to use.

The flat: The location is ideal- 10 mins walk to Notting Hill gate, Ladbroke Grove and Westbourne Park. From the living room window you can see Portobello rd, and from the bedroom you can see Westbourne grove. High ceilings, lots of natural light and a calming feminine space. Hard wood floors throughout and well looked after. There is a separate kitchen and living room, as well as bathroom and WC. We like to keep the space clean and tidy for everyone to use.

Your flatmates: Phoebe, Immy and Josie are three busy creative women- Phoebe is doing a masters at RCM in screen composition, she often works from her home studio; Immy works in art department in TV; and Josie is a party planner and events organiser. I myself also work in TV and am working away for a few months, hence the sublet. All 3 of the girls are busy and out most of the day and most evenings. Sometimes we'll be able to cook together or watch a film together, the living room is a cosy place to chill and gets the sun all afternoon so it's the perfect place to read/ nap on a Sunday. We love to laugh and support each other and are giving and considerate people. We all love our space but also love a catch up on the sofa with a glass of wine.

You: The ideal flatmate would be someone who gets on board with the creativity and good vibes in the household. Someone who respects the space and their housemates but also loves music and having a laugh :)
