We’re looking for a new flatmate for a lovely room in a friendly house share just off Portobello Road, in the heart of Notting Hill.

• Only 5 minutes from Westbourne Park (Hammersmith & Circle lines)
• Super well connected to central London
• Around 20 minutes from Hyde Park
• Beautiful, safe area with cafés, shops, and a great neighbourhood vibe

🏠 The house:
• Shared with three lovely girls in their 20s
• Friendly, relaxed atmosphere
• A lovely balcony and a large attic space available for extra storage

💰 Costs:
• Bills excluded, except heating included
• Roughly £100/month for other bills including council tax

📅 Tenancy:
We’re ideally looking for someone open to a short-term stay, as the current girls may leave the UK around June. However, there could be the opportunity to renew longer-term with a new contract if you’d be happy to find replacements later.
