It's a furnished double room which gets amazing natural light. Living with two other girls – Brock (27) and Bonnie (30). They are looking for someone of a similar age in full-time work (no students - sorry!)
It's in a great location, just off Portobello Road with loads of amazing restaurants, pubs, bakeries and cafes in walking distance. You can also walk to Hyde Park in about 25 mins which is amazing in summer!
The closest tube is Westbourne Park (H&C and Circle lines) which is a 5-minute walk and Nottinghill Gate is also only 15-minutes away.
The rent is £753 due on the 20th of every month, and does not include bills (these are about £128 a month).
The move in date would be around the 1st of April with deposit, rent for April 1st - 19th, and April bills due (£1,398).
