Bright double room in Notting Hill

Hello! My name is Tate, and I currently live in a flat in Notting Hill. The location is fantastic—just one minute from Latimer Road Station and a ten-minute walk to Portobello Road Market, and ten minute journey to RCA and Imperial College’s White City Campuses. There is a bike storage for two bikes in front of the flat. It is safe and belongs to our flat. Unfortunately, I will be moving out in April, so I am urgently looking for a female to take over my room.

Our contract gets renewed every 1st October.

The room has a double bed, a double-leaf wardrobe and one coffee table. You can perfectly fit a desk and a chair if you are working from home, and I would be willing to leave you mine no extra charge if interested.

Tha flat has a nice balcony looking at a courtyard and gets lots of sunlight. During summer time, it is a great place to have your breakfast, dinner and coffee with a group of friends.
Council Tax band is E.

A bit about my flatmate: She is a 26 year old professional who is friendly, and easy going. She loves to cook, go to the theatre and enjoys movie nights.
