Bright Double Room + Private Garden, Notting Hill

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over a lovely double room in a light and spacious flat in Notting Hill.

The room is a very good-sized double and will be unfurnished, so you can set it up however you like. It comfortably fits a double bed plus other furniture.

The flat itself is really bright and airy, and one of the best parts is the huge private shared garden, which is beautiful and surprisingly peaceful, even in the summer.

The flat also has a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, so everything is very easy day to day.

I’m ideally looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing who treats the space like home. I make music sometimes in the evenings (mostly singing/recording rather than loud speakers), so someone relaxed about that would be great. The flat would probably suit someone who works mostly outside the home during the day.

Rent is paid on the 1st of each month and there is no deposit.
