I am looking to replace my tenancy in the bedroom at the top of the floorplan (with separate bathroom close to front door).

The bedroom has a separate door to the garden/terrace, built in closet and plenty of space for a desk or extra storage.

Bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.

The flat has an open plan common space with 6 person dining table and two 3 person sofas and also plenty of storage in the separate cupboard off the lounge and in the entrance hall.

Kitchen has lots of storage space, a full height fridge, a separate full height freezer, and a dishwasher.

Bills (c.£200 month per person).

Flatmate who will be remaining works in the tech startup space.
