Looking for someone to join me in my characterful flat in the heart of Notting Hill. It's a spacious place with plenty of period charm — not a show home, but a genuinely good space to live in.
The double room is large, gets great natural light, and comes with two built-in cupboards. The flat also has a roof terrace that catches some brilliant sunsets.
Location-wise it's hard to beat: Ladbroke Grove on your doorstep, and Notting Hill Gate ten mins away. Neighbourhood has everything you need; great cafés, the market, and plenty of other stuff going on.
I'm a working professional — active and sociable, sometimes keeping odd hours, but equally happy with a quiet night in. I'm not after a party house, just someone who's easy to live with, keeps the place tidy, and is up for the occasional social without it being a big thing.
