Rent: £1050 monthly paid individually to letting agency. Includes council tax.

Roommates: We are two Irish girls in our late 20s who are newish to London (a year & 6 months), we have become good friends who like to go for a pint, a boogie or some tacos and are keen to find a housemate with the same vibe! We both work full time out of the house & are kept pretty busy.

The Flat: It’s a pretty quiet flat especially during the week. We have lots of room as the flat is split across three levels so you’ll have space to make it your own as well! We live communally in the sense that we share cleaning supplies, household tasks, bills all equally. We’d like to have a place that feels like a home rather than just a rental so we are looking for someone who feels the same. We have a lovely patio which is a big perk & the flat is well connected to other parts of London with a bus right outside and tube stations nearby.

You: We would love to hear more about you - such as, what do you do for work, what are you looking for in housemates and what’s your ideal way to spend your time off?!

We are a queer friendly household (obviously) but it is important to us to keep it that way!

Happy to answer any questions, and ultimately you will be passed over to the letting agent who handles all official applications etc they are great to rent from, quick to fix things and recently just renovated the bathroom.
