Sought-after location, 2 minute walk to Portobello Road, 1 minute walk to Ledbury Road, 3 minute walk to Westbourne Park tube.
Two-bedroomed flat / flat-share is with me: male, work in film production, looking for professional, educated, preferably creative, cool, person
Prefer a male flatmate, but apart from that I'm not uptight about anything really, so no problem if you like to dress up in a tiger costume or whatever...

Unlike many flats advertised of late (where the shared space is often turned into extra bedrooms) the flat has a huge sitting room, is a top floor flat with whole roof access if needed and it has an excellent small terrace balcony (through window) that is very private / not overlooked. It's right in the best part of Notting Hill, near everything, but in a very peaceful and leafy street. The bedroom is small but is a full double and has everything: a wardrobe / shelving / balcony access etc.
I work as a script consultant in the film industry, and I'm also a musician.
All-in, absolutely no bills, no council tax etc. - the monthly cost reflects recent utility price increases, but is still very fair and reasonable.
