I'm away in Berlin for part of my PhD during the summer and looking for someone to take my room from anytime between end of July to mid/end-September (flexible with dates).
The house is 5 minutes walk from Nunhead station. 15 minutes walk from Brockley station.
5 minutes from Nunhead cemetery and 10 minutes from Peckham Rye park for all your summer leisure needs.
Both of my flatmates are sociable but work quite a lot, so if you were working from home the house would be free during the day.
We don't usually have many guests around and the street is very residential so finding peace and quite is never a problem.
We have a lot of house plants and I'm usually in charge of watering them, so if you wanted to take over watering duties you'd be our first choice of summer flatmate.
