My flatmate is moving out to move in with her boyfriend on the 1st March and I am looking for someone to take over her room in our 2 bed flat in Nunhead!
The flat is really nice and has been recently refurbished. The location is great, Evelina Road has lots of nice shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs. Nunhead Station is a 5 minutes walk with train to Victoria or Blackfriars. Queens Road Peckham is a 10 minutes walk for the overground and trains to London Bridge. Peckham Rye and the high Street are also within walking distance.
Rent is £650 a month. We rent through an agency and there's a one off £150 referencing fee.
The furniture in the kitchen/living room all belong to my flatmate so I'll be getting a new sofa and other bits & moving my TV in there to make it a bit more homely! If you end up moving in you'd be more than welcome to join me on my IKEA/British heart foundation trip to pick new furniture/get furniture for your room if needed. The room is currently unfurnished except for a chest of drawers and a bedside table but I'm happy to provide a bed and mattress if needed.
About me, I am a 26 years student vet nurse. I love animals, books and watching Netflix, but equally enjoy going out to eat/have a few drinks. My current flatmate and I tend to do our own thing but we get on well, so it would be nice to
find someone who'd want to watch TV or cook dinner together every now and then. We don't have a cleaning rota or anything like that but we keep the place clean.
I also have a cat called Iggy so cat lovers preferred!
