A beautiful, sunny double room at the rear of my terraced victorian property overlooking lots of leafy back gardens. It is on a quiet, very friendly residential street just 5 mins walk from the lovely Peckham Rye Park and 10 mins walk or a quick hop on the bus to Nunhead Train station (overground links).

You will be sharing with myself and my 12 year old son who is with me on a 50:50 shared basis with his Dad.

The property comprises of a lovely bright and spacious large kitchen and dining area with a 5 ring range cooker and double oven with dishwasher and separate utility area. Upstairs is a large shared bathroom with separate shower. A separate toilet is also downstairs. The room is fully furnished - open double wardrobe, double bed, new mattress, bedside draws with lamp and double draws. The curtains are cream black out curtains.

About me: very sociable and personable. I work very hard mid week so like to enjoy my weekends seeing London or spending time with friends. I like to travel so holiday as much as possible.
I’m looking for someone who is mature, happy/positive, has interests and hobbies outside of work, someone who is respectful, clean and tidy - especially in the kitchen and bathroom.
