Double room in bright Nunhead house

I'm moving out of the semi-detached house in Nunhead I lived in for 5 years, so a double room is available now for a new flatmate! You can move in between now and end of June - and as long as we are in lockdown we can organise virtual meetings and virtual tour.

The monthly rent is 583£ and bills around 70£. It's worth saying that the landlord has been accepting a lower rent during the pandemic - so there may be a bit of flexibility as to how much you'd be paying at first, if you are struggling with work at the moment.

We have a front and back garden and the house has two floors: downstairs are the kitchen, a toilet and the large living room. Upstairs are the bathroom (with bath) and three bedrooms.

The available room oversees the back garden - nice and bright in the morning. The room has a wooden table and chair, a futon mattress and some wooden cube storage for books that I'm leaving behind. If you prefer the room can be unfurnished of course.

The house is a 15 minutes walk from Peckham Rye and 10 minutes walk from Queens Road Peckham + 5 minutes walk from Nunhead with 10 min central London connection. The area has a lot of nice places for drinking, eating, coffee, walking, music…
