I am looking for a flatmate to take the other double room in this Scandi-esque apartment right on Nunhead Green from mid June.

The flat is in the heart of Nunhead, so you'll have all the village charms on your doorstep, the bakers, the deli, great restaurants and the Old Nunshead Pub. Whilst the fun bustle of Peckham Rye is just a short 8 minute walk away.
It’s pretty much equidistant to the stations Nunhead,

Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham station for quick 10 min trains to London Bridge, Victoria and access on to the Overground.

The double room available is part furnished and has a huge floor to ceiling window that faces east, letting in the light on those sunny mornings. There's room for a desk if you're going to be working from home.

Inside the open plan living area there are more of those glorious windows to watch a rainy day pour by or swing open the balcony door for an afternoon cocktail in the sun. There's a TV and projector for films if you wanna go big! Speedy internet, those streams or video calls won't stutter.

The kitchen has all the things you need like a washing machine dryer, dishwasher and gas hob and oven on a breakfast style worktop. Standards such as toaster, kettle & a deep fryer (falafel central)

Rent is £799 per month (plus bills roughly £160 per month - council tax, broadband, water, gas & electric). The flat has a B+ energy efficiency rating so can be quite cosy on colder days.

You’d be sharing this little home with me, Paul. I’m a digital designer working remote most of the time so I’ll be in the flat in the week. I’ve got love for music, cooking, plants, film and getting creative.
