Hi, I’m Max, and I’m looking for a new housemate for Philly and Charlotte, who I'm selfishly leaving in a house share in Nunhead/Peckham because I'm moving to Switzerland.


Move in date can be flexible from 23 March - mid April if needed!
THE HOUSE
Our Victorian two floor house consists of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living and dining room with a working fireplace, a kitchen and a gorgeous garden. We are a 10-minute walk from Queens Road Peckham, where you can take the Overground towards Clapham Junction and Dalston Junction and Southern Railway to London Bridge. Nunhead Station is a 5-minute walk away where you can catch the Thameslink which gets you into London Blackfriars in less than 15 mins. Once the world opens up again, it's quite easy to get around.
In the meantime, Nunhead has plenty of local shops, including a greengrocer, bakery, butchery, fishmonger, florist, deli and beer shop plus a few pubs is around the corner. Peckham High Street is around 10 minutes away.

THE ROOM
The large double room is on the second floor, with two window facing the small green opposite the house and gets the sun all day round. It stretches across the entire width of the house, so there is plenty of space. The room comes unfurnished, so there's room for your creativity. But there are two inbuilt cupboards that offer good storage. Rent is £890 a month (bills included) and the deposit is £870.

THE FLATMATES
You would be living with Philly (30) who works in further education policy/communications and loves all things food and yoga. Charlotte (32), the proud owner of the house disco ball, works for a higher education magazine.
