Hello house-seeker, we are a household of Irish and English people in our early 30s. We have 4 months left on our lease and are looking for someone nice to see it out with us. Fáilte ar leith ar Ghaelgeoirí! We're a friendly gang comprised of a piano teacher, professional musician and tech whiz.

Spacious house with garden/ vegetable patch, kitchen/dining area and large separate living room(not pictured). On a quiet road, our garden backs onto the cemetery. If you're sick of buses and trains and want to wake up to the sound of wind rustling through a belt of ash trees then you've come to the right place!

Transport: We are a 2 minute walk from Nunhead station(18 mins to Victoria), 12 minute walk from Brockley Station and about 15 mins from New Cross Gate(the last stop on the Night Overground weekend service).

Parks: We are a 2 min walk from Nunhead Cemetery, 8 mins from Telegraph Hill and 15 mins from Peckham Rye.

Your local pub will be the vibrant Irish-run Skehans - lots of music and craic.
