Room in beautiful house with large garden

Beautiful house, large, light airy. Bi-fold doors open onto a large wooden decking and garden.
Kitchen-dining space is functional and comes well-stocked.
We have a piano and electric drum kit amongst other things. And some (beginner-)intermediate skills ourselves.

The bedroom is small but functional we have replaced the bed to make it more so. The cupboard is large and you also have a cupboard for extra storage on the landing. Along with loft and large garden shed. We keep a dehumidifier on in there in the winter as the cold can cause a little condensation but it is nothing bad and completely dry if well heated and dehumidifier on in the day. We like to keep the house quite warm and bills are fixed atm at £115/pppm for gas electric WiFi and council tax + £600 annual fee for water divided by the 3 of us :)

The place is so well located, it feels quiet and residential but it less than 10 minutes walk from Peckham Rye station, Queen's Road Peckham station AND Nunhead station (if you walk fast enough :) I do it in 6 mins!).

That also means easy access to nice nature spots such as Telegraph Hill, Nunhead Cemetry and, of course, Peckham Rye Park.

Me and Oli are friends from Bradford where we went to school together, he is an acoustic consultant and I am a doctor in training. We work fairly normal hours, and both commute about an hour and sometimes work from home.

We like to share food, play music, watch films. In the summer months we might do a bit more partying but nothing too crazy.

The room would suit someone conscientious and clean, who might want to organise together to share food and meals, maybe musical, similar age range would be nice but we're open to whoever could be a good fit. Humour is important, as a gauge we like atm rewatching Stath Lets Flats, What We Do In The Shadows.

Forgive us if we don't get back to you if there are loads of messages, we will prioritise people who give some info about themselves and why you think you would work well in our house dynamic so that we can have the fun of the fair!
