1 double room available from the 21st of March, in a large 3 storey, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathroom house. It's a really lovely house, and very spacious for sharing.

It’s a spacious room with lots of built in storage space, which has an en-suite attached and lots of lovely light. Bills are usually around £155 per month. Free parking outside the house.

There's also additional storage cupboards around the house which we all share.

5-10 mins walk to Queens Road Peckham & Nunhead stations and super close to all the bars and shops in New Cross Gate and Peckham. Our local pubs are the Earl of Derby and Skehans, plus we have a couple of great pizza places just a short walk away.

We are in our early—to mid-30s. Anna is a VR producer, Dina and Amy are clinical psychologists. We get on well and are looking for someone of a similar age who is used to sharing a home and being respectful to join the house. We socialise mainly out of the house as we all work full time but often have dinner together or just hang out in the living-dining area after work.
