Double room available in a spacious 2 bed flat

The flat is on the first floor of a Victorian terrace with 2 bedrooms, a garden, kitchen/dining room, living room, office and 2 bathrooms.

It’s a 15-20 minute walk to Nunhead station, from there it’s an easy journey into central London. It’s also a 20 minute walk into Peckham!

Your bedroom comes with a double bed, lots of storage space, shelves and a big window, so expect lots of natural light.

Seeing as there are 2 bathrooms, you will have your own.

The kitchen/ dining room is very open with good natural lighting in the brighter months, and well equipped for cooking and chilling. It also comes with a washing machine and a dryer. I have a dish washer but it’s currently broken, but I will get that fixed!

Outside there’s a table, chairs, and flower beds. During the day it gets lots of sunlight and Peckham Rye park is only a 5-10 minute walk away if you’d prefer to be somewhere with more space around you.

The living room’s a good size for 2 people or more, and there’s a smart tv.

I work from home twice a week and I usually do that in the kitchen, living room or my room. This means that the office can be your space if you’d like it to be! In the past it’s been used as a music studio so there’s plenty of room for a desk and a few other things.

I’m easy going, sociable, creative, enjoy going to the pub, cooking, hiking, and going out. But I also value time to myself.

I don’t have any pets but I’m open to living with them.
