Big room with storage in Nunhead flatshare

I'm moving out of London for a bit and my room in our house is available until May with a possibility of extending the lease for another year. You'd be living with two lovely flatmates and a cat belonging to one of them. The room can be furnished or unfurnished. The room is big with loads of great storage space as well as room for a desk if you work from home.

The room in available from February but I am open to negotiating a moving in date. Viewings will happen on Thursday evening or on Sunday morning in February.

There is one bathroom, a shared living room with lots of plants, seats and a TV. Plus a pretty big kitchen with loads of storage. We are also SO lucky to have a garden and are five minutes from the Ivy House pub, Peckham Rye, One Tree Hill and a few minutes from Nunhead Cemetery. This is a country side dream in zone two which means we are a 10-15 minute bus ride from New Cross Gate and Peckham Rye stations or a nice 15 minute (brisk) walk to Honour Oak Park.

I really do love this house and living here has been a total dream, perfect for someone looking for a bit of a haven in a truly green pocket of London where you can walk for 15/20 minutes and be in cool London vibes and 30/40 minutes into town.

With bills it's more like £950/1000 and it's Council Tax band D
