1 Bedroom in Friendly Peckham House

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our relaxed and sociable 3-bed home in Peckham.

You’ll be living with:
• Henry (34) – works in tech, enjoys running, football, cooking, beers at the local pub, and spending time in the garden
• James (27) – recently moved from Scotland, works in brand design, into the outdoors (fishing, camping) and trying new restaurants

We both split our time between working from home and the office.

🛋️ The House

The house is spacious and well laid out, with:
• A large living room and separate lounge area
• Separate kitchen and dining room
• Garden (great for summer BBQs)
• Bedrooms upstairs, along with a bathroom and separate toilet

The available bedroom overlooks the garden, so it’s nice and quiet.

We also have a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.

🍻 The Vibe

This isn’t a party house, but we’re sociable:
• We hang out once or twice a week (TV, pub trips, dinners)
• Occasionally have friends over for drinks or BBQs in the summer

• Is friendly and up for socialising now and then
• Has their own life and respects shared space
• Is tidy and easygoing
