Double room with a view

View from living room

Hello, my name is Fanny, I am looking for a nice, quiet and reliable lodger to share my lovely flat.

It has a big double room, with a really nice view over allotments. A light living room with floor to ceiling window over the same view, really it's like living in the country side but within 20 min walk of Peckham Rye.

Great kitchen open to the living room, all mods cons including dishwasher, induction hobs and brand new washing machine.
The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawer and can fit another piece of furniture of your choice.

I want someone easy going, preferably environmentally friendly.

I have two cats, so you must be a cat lover or at least not allergic!

Transport, direct bus to Peckham Rye, New Cross, Elephant and Castle, London Bridge and Nunhead station.

Direct train from nunhead (15 min walk) to Victoria, Elephant, King's Cross
20 min walk to Brokley and Peckham Rye for access to overground.
5 min walk from the famous Nunhead cemetary.
2 min walk to The Ivy house, London's first co-operatively owned pub!

Rent is £575 a month all included plus one month deposit.
The rent includes all bills, council tax, internet and a weekly cleaner.
