So We have Two rooms available in our house share. Please Please note that we DO NOT HAVE A SHARED LIVING ROOM, however, we do have a large kitchen and garden for socialising when time allows. This is a non party house where the housemates work different hours of the day and night hence we are looking for people who appreciate the need for peace and quite after a days work. The current mix is Two females between 25 and 28ish and one male well into his 40s
All bills are included in the rent including internet and there is no deposit to pay so the tenancy would be on a month to month basis.
