Room with mezzanine in Hackney Wick Warehouse

We have a room available ASAP in our warehouse in Hackney Wick, 8 minutes walk from the station.
Rent is £800 a month + 1 month deposit
3 months minimun stay and after that Its a one month rolling contract

There is 14 of us, and we all work in different fields, including art, music, photography and other creative or independent jobs.

The house has 3 WCs, one shower and one bath, plus spacious shared living areas. As well a lovely pontoon space in our outside bit.
We’re sociable and enjoy the occasional small gathering, but note that this is not a party house.

We also live with a lovely cat called Sioui, so we would not be taking other animals.

Everyone in the house has different schedules, with some people home more often than others, but we’re looking for someone between 20-35 years considerate, clean and easygoing, who’s happy living in a shared house and respects communal spaces.

Note that we are not looking for couples or musicians atm.
