We’ve got a really lovely room coming up in our three-bedroom house, as our current housemates are moving on after four years here.

The room is the entire top floor, so it’s very big and feels almost like your own little space within the house. It’s fully furnished and has its own en-suite with a bath and toilet, which is a nice bonus. It’s also super quiet up there, so it’s a good spot if you like having a bit of separation from the rest of the house.

Downstairs, we’ve got an open-plan living room and kitchen where we tend to hang out, cook, or just chill in the evenings. There’s also a big garden out the back, which is great when the weather’s decent.

A slightly random but nice touch: one of the neighbours keeps doves, so they sometimes pop by, and there are a few friendly neighbourhood cats who like to wander through the garden too.

A bit about us – I’m Eoin, I work in sales, and Nate is a front of house manager at a pizza place in Shoreditch. Our schedules mean we’re not always around at the same time, so the house never feels too busy, but we do enjoy hanging out when we can. We’ll sometimes cook together or make the most of the garden with a barbecue in the summer.

Location-wise, it’s a great spot. We’re right next to Victoria Park, so it’s perfect for walks, runs, or just getting some fresh air. There are bus stops at the end of the road, and Mile End tube is less than a 15-minute walk away. Just around the corner is Roman Road, which has loads of shops, cafés and everything you need day-to-day, plus a market that runs every few days. It’s one of those pockets of London that still feels like a proper neighbourhood.

It’s a pretty easygoing, comfortable house to live in and we’re hoping to find someone who’ll feel at home here and treat the place as their own.

If it sounds like your kind of place, just drop us a message 🙂
