Dbl room - zone 1 - Bills Inc - social people :)

We have a 2 double bedrooms for rent in a lovely town house in zone 1.

And another in the same style house 5 doors down.

I'm a current tenant helping the landlord fill the room :) not an agent

All current housemates are super friendly and looking for a someone who wants to join in on activities and be friends rather than just people sharing a house. if you fun, social and wont spend all your time in your room, we want to hear from you :)

The room includes the following:

-Double Bed
-Wardrobe
-2 Chest of Drawers
-TV

There are 2 bathrooms, one located on the middle floor and one on the top floor. There is also another toilet on the ground floor. and an ensuite bedroom

The communal lounge has two large couches and a large TV. Connecting to this is the kitchen which includes:

-2 large fridge/freezers
-Oven
-Microwave
-4 Ring Hob
-Washing Machine
-Dish Washer

All cutlery, utensils, pans are included.

There is a small garden at the rear of the house which is great in summer.

All bills are included in this which includes internet.

There is car parking space on the street, however this is owned by the council and would need to be paid for.

Travel
Our house is well connected to all of London. There are 3 tubes within 20 minutes walk. These are Elephant and Castle, Borough and Bermondsey.

London Bridge, Tower Bridge, Southwark and Waterloo are all a 25 minute walk away.

On top of the this, the buses are brilliant from just outside our house. These can get you to central london in 15 minutes.
