Available short-term accommodation, in return for a monthly house keeping contribution.

The property is set up like a bedsit environment. 1 large room and a shared kitchen/bathroom with 1 other person. There is no living room area.

(Min stay 3months/Max stay 6 months with possible ext) Spacious double bed room for a professional single person.

2 minute walk to local transport. 10 minutes bus ride to elephant & Castle station and Tower Bridge.

Sharing with 1 professional male flat mate, profession: (education/construction) quiet and reserved, sociable and friendly who treats the property more like a quiet sanctuary than a busy social environment.

The ideal flatmate would be a respectable, mature professional, non smoker, who lives elsewhere but requires a calm, relaxing space to stay during the week for work.

The current flatmate works multiple jobs during the week including night shifts and will be less present for some of the week.
Any intererest from profiles without a current photo and relevant background information will not be considered.
