Flatmate for a beautiful 3 bed house

Hi there, my flatmate is moving out of this beautiful flat to be closer to work.

The bedroom that is up for rent is the first room that you’ll see in the video. It’s a 3 bed house with 1 ensuite, 1 shared bathroom and 1 additional restroom. Everyone has their own restrooms (what a steal).

The property is situated on Old Kent Road. Bus stop is just 3 minutes walk. Opposite to the house you’ll find Mc Donald’s, B&Q and a huge Asda. Tesco and Lidl are within a 10 minute walking distance. Elephant and castle station is 16 minutes on the bus. Bermondsey station is a short walk and few other stations. The location is really lovely and safe with great commute facilities. Definitely a steal for the price when tower bridge is just a 10 minute drive from the place. The room is for £834 per month with bills coming up to £120 pp (Per person) in summers and around £140 pp in winters. I have lived here for over 2 years with lovely friends who are working professionals. They are fun, chatty yet quiet, caring and loving set of people!

We love a clean house where we all can enjoy our time and not fuss about something being untidy. We love a movie or games night but we also understand that everyone needs their own privacy too. My flatmate Siddesh is a 33 yo male research doctor from India and I am, Swarangi, a 25 yo female mechanical engineer from India. We have been in London for about 4 years. We want someone who will continue to make the house a home. It’s going to be chill, fun and a beautiful space for all of us :) It’s available ASAP!!
