Studio in North Acton £800 all bills included

I’m subletting my studio in North Acton

From any date to 18th August

It’s a twodio(own bedroom, shared kitchen with one person). But currently there’s no flatmate, so it’s actually a studio.

The flat has library, sauna, laundry, garden, etc.

£800 per month, all bills included. (I rent it for 1200, could show you the contract.)

If you wanna have a visit, you may go to the flat and tell the reception that you are interested in renting and they will give you a good tour. (All rooms of the flat are the same)

Once you are satisfied with the room, you could contact me. We could

1. transferring the contract officially which will take more time for paper work to be done and there is a reference check.

2. Subletting my room to you personally without any contract, which is sooner and more convenient.

Either way, it is up to you.
