My housemate and I found this absolute gem of a flat but unfortunately she has moved away with work. I am now looking to find someone for her room.
The flat is really modern, bright, spacious and furnished to a high standard. It is in a quiet area but only 7 minutes from Old Street tube. The flat is on the 6th floor of a very safe and modern building with a cycle storage, lift and roof terrace.
The space consists of 2 double bedrooms (exactly the same size), a large bathroom, a storage room and an open kitchen, dining and living room with big windows... and the comfiest sofa ever made.
There are all normal amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer) as well as a balcony and access to the building's rooftop terrace with 360 views!
I am a 24yo professional with a full time job. Weekdays I like to catch up with friends over dinner/drinks, watch a show/play, go to the gym or hang out on the sofa (it really is very cozy!).
