Friendly Flatshare near Old Street Station

Hi!

We're looking for a third flatmate for our light and airy flat that is well located and only a short walk from Old Street tube.

We have created a calm and peaceful space that feels like home and would love to find someone who values the same.

Here are the details:

- Moving-in date: ideally mid-October
- If interested please message us and tell us a bit about yourself!
- We can do a zoom call if you want to meet us virtually and see the flat before you visit (viewings will start from the first week of September).

The flat specifications:

- 3rd floor apartment (away from street noise and with views out to the city)
- 3 bedrooms
- Fully refurbished with furniture and main appliances: (dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine… )
- Open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and stools
- Large living room, with two sofas, coffee table and cinema chairs
- South facing balcony (great for sun and fresh air - great for lockdown sun bathing!)
- The rent is very competitive for this area!

The room:

- Double bedroom
- Big South-facing window above a quiet courtyard (loads of light and views out)
- Furnished (with bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers)

The location:

- A five-minute walk from Old Street tube station and Shoreditch's best bars & restaurants
- The street overlooked by the flat is quiet and residential
- Supermarkets: lots of corner shops, Tesco Express (1 min away), Sainsbury's, M&S and Coop (within 7 mins)

Bills & contract:

- Bills are excluded; we split them between all of us and they come to around £100 per month each. That includes electricity, water, heating, internet, council tax.
- Your contract will be directly with our landlord, who is very nice and responsive.

About us:

We're Sophia and Alberto. We are in our early 30's, French and Spanish, working as a School Teacher and an Architect.
We are down to earth and like to hang out with friends, sport, cooking, traveling and follow exhibitions and gigs, the usual...

We're fairly busy during the week, both working full time, so we try to respect each others space and routine in the day. We also like to hang out, be it chats in our living room or going out. We are pretty relaxed people but we enjoy the flat being clean and tidy and a house plant or two - helping ensure the flat is tidy is a must!
