New built next to Old St station

The building

Due to remote work I have decided to spend some time away from UK.
Room few minutes away from the Old Street station and regents canal and is available already, Im flexible with the dates.

FLAT
Superb location.
Has access to a terrace facing the internal patio and also a separate balcony facing the outside. The flat has a comfortably large bathroom and a nice shared storage area for bags, suitcases, etc.. It comes with a lot of the usual stuff for new builds such as dishwasher, heating, FOB devices, etc..

The building’s community is made up of young friendly professionals mainly in their 20s/30s. We started a fortnightly pub-styled quiz (with social distancing) during the quarantine, which takes place in the courtyard and has really brought a greater sense of togetherness amongst all tenants, and a little something to look forward to during lockdown, this is also merged with bday celebrations.

Cozy double bed with 1 full height wardrobe and one bedside table. The room’s window faces the internal courtyard.

Bills usually come to around £75 (including a cleaning lady once a month, water already included, council tax, internet, electric..) Housemates are all really tidy and rule of thumb is we like the place to stay clean, not necessarily spotless, but we do try to make an effort to clean after ourselves and not let any of the used kitchen items build up. It just makes it a better place to live in 🙂.

HOUSEMATES
Current flatmates are in their late 20's and mid 30's, they both work in cool funded startups in the Old Street area and enjoy running, going to the park, reading, racket sports and checking out new restaurants in the area, joining meetup events (when not in lockdown), etc, etc.

In general we are looking for a mature and respectful person. Being tidy and respectful is a must.
