Available from 24th September, current tenant leaving on 23rd September. High spec flat in between Angel and Old Street tubes and the canal. Video tour of flat available on request (can only upload one video). Room quoted as a full time rent, but open to discussing a Monday to Friday agreement as well.

One room available with king size bed, luxury memory foam topped mattress, built in wardrobe and private bathroom directly opposite with bath/shower and other normal amenities. Oh and there's a communal rooftop garden which I normally throw a party on each summer.

Apartment is furnished to a high spec with 65" 4K TV, 5.1 surround sound, leather suite and foot rest, ceramic topped and extendable dining table, balcony (including hammock), washer/dryer, dishwasher and kitchen with ceramic hob. For coffee lovers there's also a barista style coffee machine with bean grinder!

Looking for someone who is trust worthy, clean and tidy, reliable and is good to chill out with. I've lived with guys and girls before and have no real preference at all on this front, main thing is we get along :).


About me:
I'm a well travelled, down to earth, relaxed guy who likes to strike a balance between being out and sociable and having my own space. Whilst I'm relaxed, I am known to be pretty organised and tidy etc, but I promise its not too much, I'm not a full blown Monica 🙂.

I've always been a keen sportsmen, played football and tennis my whole life (although I'm pretty rusty now!) and I like to keep fit so I'm a regular in the gym. Music is a huge passion for me, not so much playing, but I spend a lot of time listening to new, sometimes quote niche music and am very, very slowly learning to DJ.

Otherwise my creative side comes out more in my photography and when I get the chance, cooking for friends. I also enjoy abstract/faux-intellectual discussion haha.
