We are looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our new three-storey (four bedroom, two bathroom) townhouse. We’re a 10 minute walk to Old Street Station and 15 minutes from Angel, both on the Northern Line.

A bit about us:
Jason– A 29 year old token British guy who works in events and loves baking (bless him - he’s unreal at it)
Cade – A 28 year old American who works in sales. He’s a super energetic and hilarious guy to have around.
Hormis – A 26 year old British Lawyer who loves his jiu jitsu and yoga.

We are all very tidy, sociable, clean and respectful. We enjoy living together and spending our spare time together and are looking for someone to join our family. We are not a huge party flat, but we like to have fun and do enjoy hosting once in a while.

A bit about the flat:
We are on a quiet road within the conservation area and next to Sheperdess Walk Park and 3 minutes from the canals. Taplow Street is within close proximity to Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch’s bars, restaurants, galleries, boutiques as well as walking distance to the square mile.

The townhouse was built in 2014 and is immaculate with an Italian designer kitchen (including a wine fridge!), a breakfast bar, dining table and patio. It’s a perfect for entertaining (when ‘rona is over) as it offers a built-in music system that connects each room with Sonos speakers and Spotify. There is a separate living room on the first floor and a connecting balcony, as well as a ton of built-in storage throughout the house.
