I work in the City and can get to my office by foot in 20 mins which is great!

It is also located in the heart of Shoreditch, with restaurants, bars, night clubs, music venues, cinemas literally at your footstep. However, I can assure the flat is located in a quiet residential area. You also have a variety of supermarkets nearby, Sainsbury's (5mins), Co-op (5 mins), M&S (5mins), Waitrose (10 mins).

You will be sharing the flat with two awesome and super friendly chilled French guys who are working professionals. We deal directly with the landlord and there is no agency. The landlord is great and always fixes any issues directly and quickly.

The price of the flat is £1,230 and includes rent, ALL bills (council tax, gas/elec, internet) and A WEEKLY CLEANER.
