Double room in friendly Hoxton/Shoreditch flat!

We are an easy going and cheerful flat of four people, two guys and two girls. One guy is sadly moving out and so we are looking for a replacement! We each have independent social lives but all get on well and enjoy chilling in the flat together – cute family vibes. At the minute we are looking for one new flatmate to join our home and be a part of the family.

Sadly, however, there are only 4 month remaining on our tenancy agreement at which point we will be moving out.

A bit about the 2 remaining flatmates:

25 - Dylan is a Canadian software engineer who just wont shut up about hockey.

22 - Chloe, our token brit, dreams of one day being paid to spread joy and kindness. For now shes resigned to doing it for free :p

24 - Clare (also Canadian) had the i removed from her name because shes that much of a team player

3 - Elliot our pet moose. He owns a local pub AND he also doubles as a chalkboard (my personal favourite flatmate)

The facts:

We live on Hoxton Square in a basement apartment. The room will not come furnished but it is an incredible value for the location and size. It is a very large room for London. It can easily fit a double bed along with a full sized couch. We have a shared living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom and patio area. The flat is a really good size. Kitchen and living/dining all face the square and bedrooms are to the rear, so no problems with noise at night. Plenty of natural light.

Things that we like:
