Hello,

I am looking for someone to take over my beautiful room double bedroom in a flat-share with 2 other professionals.

The room is light and airy, fully furnished and recently decorated.
The flat is located only a short walk from Old Street Station (Northern Line) and Shoreditch's best bars & restaurants.
A bus stop across the building entrance will give you access to 4 bus lines: 76,21, 141, 271

The flat is fully refurbished with an open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools
- shared living room with two sofas
- South-facing balcony looking south
- Bills are not incl but are shared and kept to the minimum. So far they are never more than 50pounds a month.

As I will be leaving by the end of the Month, the room will be available from the 1st of September. So not hesitate to drop me a message so we can organize a quick viewing. :)
