Cute Cosy double room in a peaceful 3-bed flat just 7 mins from Old Street. Tucked away from the chaos but super close to Shoreditch/Hoxton.

The flat comes with a balcony overlooking a garden (and squirrels). Fully equipped kitchen (microvave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas stove and kettle). A spacious living room with a projector for movie nights + your own desk.

The room is fully furnished and has a double bed, tall chest of drawers, a double wardrobe, and a full length mirror. There’s also underbed storage and additional storage in the communal hallway.

One of us is an animator working in film / entertainment industry and the other is an accountant with a love for theatre.

We tend to work from home sometimes which has been bliss the last years and tend to spend a lot of time in the flat and together, with a nice balance of having time to ourselves. We’re not a party household but love an occasional get together.

Bills: £70-£100/month (less in summer).
Deposit: £1000.
Shared household items (e. g., cleaning supplies) are bought on rotation.
