There are two rooms available in a massive flat in Old Street, just 5 minutes walk from Old Street station.

Medium Room is £910.
Massive Room is £1033 and it has a massive in-built wardrobe - plenty of storage room!

From August 9, you'll renew the new contract, so the room prices will go up by 5% to £955 and £1085.

About the flat. It’s on two floors. On the ground floor, there is a large open-space area, including the kitchen and the living room with a little balcony. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and the bathroom.

The room are fully furnished. They come with an orthopaedic mattress, a wardrobe, a bed-side table and a couple of furniture for books and bits and bobs. Both rooms were painted last year.

You'll live with a 29 year old Italian girl. She loves music and gigs, she works in the hospitality sector so she doesn't work from home.

Bills are quite cheap for N1, roughly 100 at month. The flat is very well insulated and doesn't need much heat in the winter.
