Double room available in modern, sun-filled flat

Hi there, I'm Alisha - a 30-year old from Canada/Sweden who's been living in London for ~6 years now.

I have a room available in central London from Monday-Friday from April onwards (with some flexibility on the date) and am open to both short and long term lets.

The flat is a beautiful 2-bed 1-bath unit in a modern building with large windows and plenty of natural light. It is located on the sixth floor and has two large balconies, which overlook a park and offer great views of the city.

Location-wise, it is conveniently located between Angel and Old Street with excellent connectivity to the rest of the city via the Northern line, many busses, nearby bike rental stations, etc.

The room is a double with balcony access. It can also be set up as a single with a dedicated work-from-home station as is the case in the pictures here.

A little about me: I'm the co-founder/CEO of a climate tech startup, which keeps me busy with work and I usually work from home 2-3 days per week. In my free time, I like to workout (running, yoga, pilates, gym, etc), read, spend time in nature, and hang out with friends/family.

I'm looking for someone easy-going, independent, clean, and respectful. I'd love to be friends and hang out occasionally/have dinner together/etc, however with little expectation nor pressure to do so. As I often work late and travel for work frequently, I'm probably not the most fun/social flatmate :P so would love to live with someone on a similar wavelength.
