Hello beautiful people! ✨

I’m looking for someone to take over my contract for a cute, single bedroom in a 5-bed flat in Old Street. My flatmate Helen is moving out sadly, and I’m taking over her room in the flat. Rent is £825 a month, including bills and a fortnightly cleaner. Which I think is a pretty good deal for the location! :)

Room: 🏚️

The room is small but it is perfectly sized for one person. It comes furnished with a wardrobe, desk (with storage), chair, mirror and a single bed (which can pull out to be a double) with under-bed storage. I’ve lived in this room for the past year and half and it has served me well :)

About the Flat: 🏠

We have a beautiful, well-lit, clean shared living space, a small balcony and kitchen with a TV and other essential kitchen supplies. There’s one bathroom and one toilet in the flat, and we have a rota for the shared cleaning supplies and taking out the bins x The Landlord is also lovely and is always responsive and helpful.

Location: 📍

There are several shops nearby. There’s an organic corner shop and a Tesco Express 5 minutes away and Sainsbury/Pret/Itsu/Nando's all within a 10 minute walk. Our favourite pub, the Beehive, is also just around the corner. Shoreditch and Hoxton are a short 10-15 minutes away and there are loads of cute coffee shops and restaurants around x Shoreditch Park is also a minute away and is perfect for silly mental health walks x

Transport: 🚝

The area is super well connected. Old Street Station is about 5-10 minutes by walk, Hoxton is around 15. The 76, 21, 141 buses stop right outside the flat which get one home easily from central after a night-out!! :)

Flatmates: 🧍🏼‍♀️

You will be living with me, Scott, Tom and Angelina. Scott and I are designers, Angelina is a student and Tom does something that I can’t quite remember :P We’re a lovely, friendly bunch who enjoy going for a drink every other week and watching Football (This is an Arsenal household only! ).
