Double Room + En Suite in Modern Old Street Duplex

Hello,

Looking to fill the empty room here as my very cool (but now newly-wed) flatmate is moving out.

The place is a modern duplex with the two bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs, and a beautiful open-plan kitchen / living room upstairs with lots of natural light. Fully furnished with a dishwasher, washer / dryer, strong internet, and lots of fridge and freezer space. It's very well cared for, and despite being modern (it was renovated a few years back) has cosy homely vibes.

The available room - at the back of the house removed from the street noise, cool quiet and comfortable, plenty of storage space and wardrobe all built in nicely. As well as having its own full bathroom, there is also a little private balcony! My flatmate will be taking the gigantic bed with him on the 8th May, so that is the one furnishing not provided.

The location has excellent travel links and there are also really nice amenities in the area:
Lots of cool pubs cafes etc locally
Plenty of shops and supermarkets in walking distance including big Co-Op, Aldi or Waitrose <10 mins walk
Old Street or Farringdon station 10 minutes walk, Barbican 5
Easy walk or bus into Shoreditch - 253 and 55 bus routes stop just outside

I'm in the other room, so about me as a flatmate... I work standard hours Mon-Fri (generally do 1 or 2 days a week from home if it's quiet). In my spare time I like to see friends, read, stay fit, watch stuff, cook (enjoy trying out new recipes), pub, and get out into nature for walks. In the week my routine is standard 9-5ish, on weekends flexible and will go out a couple times a month. I'm a clean and tidy person (this flat is super easy to clean btw), am pretty sociable but do like some time to myself as well.

Rent 1500, all bills included - water, gas, leccy, broadband, council tax. One months rent as deposit.

Am looking for someone to take over long term to also treat this as their home, but short term lets will be considered in the meantime! Please get in touch if interested and include some info about yourself too :)
