I am subletting my apartment while I am away touring the world.

This is truly a one of a kind place, nested on top of a converted former paper factory on the canal.

You get a splendid penthouse apartment split over two floors, with open plan kitchen and dining table next to a generous living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, with stove, oven, microwave, blender, kettle and food processor.

A balcony with synthetic grass that feels very smooth to walk barefoot during these summer days, where you can relax in the hot tub with a fantastic view over the city. Champagne not included but strongly recommended!

Light permeates through the place, yet two sets of motor-operated curtains provide privacy and cut out the light when needed.

The bedroom area also includes a large desk with a Contessa ergonomic chair for you to work comfortably.

The bed is a King Size, with a mattress topper sourced from the same supplier as Four Seasons hotels.

Two sets of dressing cupboards provide ample space to store your clothes.

In between Zoom calls, you can stretch out in the gym area which includes a pull up bar chair, some weights, as well as a yoga mat and ab roller.

The apartment includes two separate bathrooms with WC. One has a large shower, the other has a bathtub.

It comes fully equipped with high speed internet, a large flat screen TV, a Sonos multi room sound system and a PS5.

The only thing you have to bring are sheets, towels, and your bags. The place is plug and play.

I will interview people myself, preferably in person, and ask for references.

No smoking, pets or parties.

Ideal for a couple of working professionals.

Mandatory cleaning has to be arranged for an additional £150 pcm for two hours per week with my trusted cleaner. I will not let the apartment without this!

Council Tax is roughly £115 pcm.
