Double room Old Street/Angel area £895 per month + bills (around £130-140 per month depending on time of the year)

The house is located between Angel and Old street (N1) with Old Street station at 10 minutes walk away, with regular day/night buses at 7 minutes walk from the house 21/76/141/394)
There is an Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Tesco all at less than 15 minutes walk, as well as a Britannia Center (gym) and a lovely park.

The bedroom is furnished, with a double bed (some of the furniture in the picture will be taken by the outgoing tenant). The house has a garden, two toilets, bathroom, living room and a big kitchen.

You will be sharing the house with myself (Chemist) Mari (Event Manager) and Harrison ( TV producer). We all really look after the house and it’s really important to share it with someone respectful & clean.
We are all from different part of Europe/UK in our thirties and love to share a meal and chill.
