I’m looking for a flatmate to take over my current one as the lease renewal for April. Whilst my current flatmate is moving on to other things in life, I’m in love with the flat and would love to keep on staying here.

The flat:
- In a high rise building located in Old street 2 minutes away from the station.
- It’s a 2 bed 2 bath flat with a balcony and the most amazing views.
- Lots of natural lighting and big windows
- Furnished
- Has AC for the summer and central heating for the winter
- Spacious open plan kitchen with dining table
- Building has a concierge, cinema room, lounge, spa + swimming pool (currently under renovation) and a gym.
- Very central location, 2 stations away from King’s Cross. 15 mins walk from Elizabeth line

The flatmate (me)
- I’m currently a first year doctor so I will have on calls and work nights sometimes.
- I enjoy relaxing and down-time when not working.
- For fun, I love going out to events (techno, house, reggaeton, afrobeats etc)
- I love going out to Jazz events as my best friend is a jazz musician!
- Open to all ethnicities, religion and LGBTQIA+

The room
- master bedroom with king sized bed
- Able to fit in a desk (my current flatmate works from home sometimes)
- £1800 ppm excluding bills
