Flat Details:
* The flat features a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, small balcony, and a shared living room, equipped with a sofa and TV.

Flatmate Preferences:
* Looking for someone clean, hygienic, and respectful.
* Paying rents on time, having a stable job or incomes
* You will be sharing the flat with another female professional

Rent & Additional Costs:
* £1075 per month, excluding bills.
* Bills are around £180-260 per month in total (Council tax is £85 per month).

You’ll need to provide:
* Proof of employment
* Criminal record check
* One reference letter - from a landlord, housemate, or co-worker (including their contact details)

Additional Information:

* No agencies involved; you'll be renting directly from a very responsive and nice private landlord. A rental contract will be provided.

* Cleaning Schedule: Maintaining a clean space is very important. We will set up a cleaning schedule together that everyone will be expected to follow. This ensures that our home stays welcoming and tidy.
